Teza helped pick the best options for our needs (scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, waterproof, generally kid and pet resistant) and an excellent match for the rest of our house. She was very helpful in our selection of carpet, padding, etc. We were able to take samples home with us to confirm our choice and even went back to borrow the sample again during our selection of paint color. She was very good about answering our questions over the phone and setting up the process of installation. The two men who came to our home for this purpose were very good.
